She received her doctorate in athletic training from A.T. Still University, and her master’s in education from Michigan State University. She received her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She has worked as a certified athletic trainer in multiple settings including high school, rehabilitation clinic, orthopedic clinic, collegiate, and industrial settings.
She has been involved in the Wisconsin Athletic Trainers' Association Young Professionals Committee since 2016 and has served as the Committee Chair since 2018.
She is currently employed at Carthage College as an Assistant Professor and Clinical Education Coordinator.
