Biography:

Renee Reckelberg is an associate clinical professor and Coordinator of Clinical Education for the Master of Science in Athletic Training program at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She started working at UWM in August of 2005 in a dual role between athletics and academics as a clinical instructor for the Bachelor of Science Athletic Training Education Program. As a certified athletic trainer, she provided clinical health care for the following UWM athletics teams: women’s volleyball (2005-2017), men and women’s track and field (2011-2017), and women’s basketball (2005-2011).

Professionally, Renee is serving as the Vice President for the Wisconsin Athletic Trainers’ Association (2025-present) and has served as the Southeast Representative for WATA (2020-2024). She also serves as a BOC Exam Writer, and within various committees at UWM.

In her free time, Renee loves to travel with her husband and watch her daughter play softball and volleyball.
