Casandra “Cassie” Klubertanz, MS, LAT, ATC, NASM-CES, NASE-CSS serves as the Early Career Representative for Wisconsin and the GLATA CECAT Education Committee Liaison. She is a Staff Athletic Trainer with Prevea Health, providing services at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. Cassie earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and her Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. One of her favorite—and most memorable—experiences as an athletic trainer was a softball team trip to Stetson University. Amid 30-minute commutes in bug-infested vans and spontaneous team bonding sessions set to music, a wrong turn through downtown Orlando (while the whole van was asleep) became a legendary story she now shares with laughter.
