CECAT Members

Brad Higgins, MA, AT, ATC, CSCS serves as the Early Career Representative for Michigan and the GLATA CECAT Education Committee Liaison. He is currently an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the wrestling program at Central Michigan University. Brad earned both his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training (with a minor in Community Health) and his Master of Arts in Sports Administration from Central Michigan University. He also holds credentials as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has completed Structure and Function’s Dry Needling Foundations course (SFDN1). One of Brad’s most memorable moments as an athletic trainer was watching CMU Wrestling capture the 2024 MAC Championship Tournament title.
